Tuffwear does not sell to the public but through our dealers only. Please email us with any questions toinfo@tuffwear.ca, a representative will be in touch with you within 1-2 business day.
How can I become a dealer of Tuffwear?
After receiving your enquiry, our representative will contact you for further information and assistance in the application process. It takes 48 hours to process the application.
Where can I find local dealers of Tuffwear product?
Please provide us with your postal code, and our Sales Representative will locate the nearest one for you.

How can I have confidence in Tuffwear products ?
Our products have been used and tested in the marketplace since 1996. We guarantee our products’s qualities, and consistencies.
Will I get charged for sample?
Samples are supplied for a 2 week period. After 2 weeks, Tuffwear will issue an invoice unless an extension has been agreed.
What is the return policy?
Merchandise can only be returned with authorization. Authorized returns will only be given on garments with legitimate manufacturing defects. No returns will be authorized on garments that have been worn or considered dated inventory.
